    We do constructing of houses.

    The process often starts with a planning stage.

    • In the planning stage plans are prepared by an architect and approved by the client and any regulatory authority.
    • Then the site is cleared, foundations are laid and trenches for connection to services such as sewerage, water, and electricity are established.
    • If the house is of brick construction, then courses of bricks are laid to construct the walls.
    • Floors, beams and internal walls are constructed as the building develops, with plumbing and wiring for water and electricity being installed as appropriate.
      Once the main structure is complete, internal fitting with lights and other fitments is done, and the house may be decorated and furnished with furniture, cupboards, carpets, curtains and other fittings.

    • Preventive maintenance: Where buildings are maintained before break down occurs.
    • Operational maintenance: Where buildings are maintained in using.
    • Corrective maintenance: Where buildings are maintained after break down.
    • Adaptive maintenance: Where buildings are maintained by letting it adapt to new environment.

  • Waterproofing

    We do waterproofing to protect what is valuable.

    Waterproofing is a fundamental aspect when it comes to your house and/or business.

    • The roof covering materials, siding, foundations, and all of the various penetrations through these surfaces need to be water-resistant and sometimes waterproof. Roofing materials are generally designed to be water-resistant and shed water from a sloping roof, but in some conditions, the roofing must be waterproof. Many types of waterproof membrane systems are available.
    • Walls are not subjected to standing water, and the water-resistant membranes used as house-wraps are designed to be breathable to let moisture escape.
    • Damp proofing is another aspect of waterproofing. Masonry walls are built with a damp-proof course to prevent rising damp, and the concrete in foundations needs to be damp-proofed or waterproofed with a liquid coating, basement waterproofing membrane, or an additive to the concrete.
    • Properly waterproofing foundation walls is required to prevent deterioration.

  • Laying of Concrete

    We lay small, medium and large concrete floors.

    A few of the common and main types of concrete are:

    • Normal Concrete: The concrete in which common ingredients i.e. aggregate, water, cement are used is known as normal concrete. It is also called normal weight concrete or normal strength concrete.
    • High Performance Concrete: This mix has the following main properties: High strength, high workability, high durability, long-term mechanical properties, toughness and a long life in severe environments.
    • Shotcrete: This mix uses compressed air to shoot concrete onto (or into) a frame or structure.
    • Pervious concrete: This mix contains a network of holes or voids, to allow air or water to move through the concrete. This allows water to drain naturally through it, and can both remove the normal surface water drainage infrastructure, and allow replenishment of groundwater when conventional concrete does not.
